Ordered X1C, received a P1P and have been waiting 4 days for service

I ordered a second X1C after waiting a week with no response on fixing my first one. The package shipped out the same day I ordered it, and took a week to deliver. And after all that, they sent a P1P. The package was delivered last Wednesday, and for the past 4 days, I have been waiting for someone to contact me with a return label. It was now been almost a week since the wrong printer was delivered, and I still see no signs that I will be receiving my correct printer any time soon. Are there any recommendations on how to speed this process up or anything? I run a 3D printing business on the side, and the quality of their support service is rather sad and damaging to the business.

Got it, thank you for sharing this. A little more understanding just frustrating that this even happened in the first place, and the process to get the correct printer I ordered leaves me stranded for what’s going to be several weeks.

I totally understand your frustration and it is unfortunate that there was an issue with your order. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.
