For some time now, I’ve had the issue that original filament is not being recognized by the slicer during synchronization. I only use original filament, and everything is checked in the table.I searched for this issue but couldn’t find anything related to it. Maybe someone here can help me. I use a X1C Printer.
Do you mean the RFID filament identification in the printer/AMS isn’t working?
Or do you mean Studio isn’t syncing with the AMS to know what filaments are in there?
Do the spools not recognized have RFID tags?

I mean the detection in the slicer, so that the slicer knows which filament is loaded in the printer.
The filament is original Bambu filament with RFID tags.
So the printer is displaying the proper color and filament type in the AMS and that information isn’t being seen in the slicer?
I assume you mean Bambu Studio? I don’t know if Orca synchronizes with the AMS units but maybe it does? I just don’t know. But if it’s Orca and not synchronizing, you might want to install Bambu Studio.
So if the printer is recognizing the filament properly and you are using Bambu Studio, there is a little icon with color rectangles (representing spools) and two arrows signifying synchronize if I’m remembering correctly. Should be around where the printer model and plate type are specified but in with the filament selections. With the printer on and its screen showing the correct spools, click that synchronize button.

I mean Bambu Studio, sorry. I’ve already done all of that. I’ve had the printer for a few years, so I know the steps. Unfortunately, it’s no longer working. That’s why I finally asked the question here in the forum. At the moment, I have to enter the filament manually in Bambu Studio.
I just noticed that the filament isn’t being detected by the printer as well.
