Other high flow filaments question

I have a roll each of Creality Hyper, Sunlu Meta, and eSun PLA-HS.

Has anyone given them a try yet? If so any suggested settings?

Just saw eSun has downloadable settings for Bambu.

Thank you Quietman - How must the eSun filament settings be added to to Bambu Handy once the files are downloaded?

They are .json files, the files are for all eSun filaments. and are either labeled P1P or X1C. You import the files you want.

Can’t tell you whether you have to save them as a user preset or not, as I got an error message about wrong equipment config. I’d tried importing the P1P files.

Looking at the filament info from eSun and Creality, the numbers appear to be almost identical. eSun has more info that Creality, so I couldn’t cross check everything.

Let’s see, both have cardboard spools, numbers I could see were the same. I’m thinking eSun might be making Creality’s Hyper Filament. Can’t prove it though.

I do want to give these a try as eSun and Creality stuff ships from the US and BambuLab’s site says their filament ships from China.

Since I got the Creality in one day, that seems like a good alternative, when in a hurry, to get a quick spool. Any other color than white for eSun was 5-10 days out. I do have a spool of black coming from their ebay store that’s only taking 3 days. Go figure. Didn’t realize when I placed the orders, that it might possibly be the same filament.

Bambu Lab needs to keep a good stock of all of their filaments in the US. Shipping consumables from China is ridiculous. But, next payday, I will order some of the BL filament while it’s on sale.

Once again thank you, I downloaded the .json files and tried pulling them over to the print bed in Bambu Handy and nothing happened. It may be possible the files need to be stored in one of the Bambu Lab Handy program sub directories will take a look and see if I find a location for them.

The X1C file imported for me. So the P1S needs X1C files.
Instructions are here in the wiki. Importing configs and additional details are below creating your own instructions…

I’m going to give the eSun PLA-HS defaults a try on the Creality Hyper filament. The eSun arrives on Sunday.

BTW, the Sunlu is going back to Amazon. Turns out the max speed recommended for their Meta filament is only 100, Half the normal speed for the Bambu.

This was not in the listing on Amazon, but discovered that when I went to look up the details on the Sunlu site to create a new preset.
