Outer Wall problems, brand new A1 - Help!

Hi all,

I have two A1 at home: One with ~2.500 hours and a brand new one.
New one printed a few small objects perfectly fine. I wanted to print a frame, which my old A1 already printed perfectly fine several times.
Im getting these “hooks” on my outer wall. Mostly just on one wall, but the wall can change and I do not why…

Printer and Studio are up-to-date. The exact same print profile generates no problem on my older A1. I even used the exact same filament, so Im kind of sure it has to be a problem with the printer but I cant locate it any further.

I tested it with Bambu Basic PLA and Sunlu PLA, both dried!

I changed a few settings to get it working but no luck at all (seam position, retract, outer wall speed and arachne walls)

Does anybody have an idea? Since the printer was fine with the first prints I did not keep package to return it safely =/

That is just from nozzle clumping detection. If you really want to get rid of that, turn it off in the settings.

Oh no…now I feel stupid!
I turned it off, but made a facory reset afterwards. Unbelievable - Thank you!

What is this “feature” for besides ruining prints?

Plastic can build up around the nozzle and on the sock.
In theory a proper detection or removal in the infill areas or such should provide the best possible print quality as blobs won’t happen on the outer walls.
Not everything though works perfect and as planned
