Outside Circles are not round, haven't seen this before

Here is what OnShape shows, it is a 50mm wide cylinder so flush on the outer surface. (except for the screw holes obviously)

Here is what the Bambu Slicer shows. You might need to click on the photo to see what I am talking about how it’s not a smooth surface.

The printer is printing exactly what the slicer code provided so the printer is working excellent. But I didn’t want a ribbed outer surface…

Also I did make sure that the export from OnShape was using the “Fine” export with the highest resolution to make sure it’s round. I also tested changing the internal filament to a different style thinking the internal filament was causing the issue but that didn’t make a difference.

Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated. Maybe this is a one off…?

If you can export as STEP instead of STL, that will fix it. If not, see Acr move | Bambu Lab Wiki

@ExtremeElementz, this is 100% due to exporting as an stl. You won’t solve the issue with changing settings or filament unfortunately. You need to export as a step (stp) file. I can’t recall if that’s an option in Onshape. If it’s not an option, you would want to recreate the design in a proper CAD program like solidworks or fusion, etc… That’s your best bet.

Thank you I’ll give that a look and see what’s up I appreciate the insight. Been using OnShape for awhile now maybe I just gotta bite the bullet and switch over and learn Fusion.

Left is STL. Right is STEP.

Appears to have fixed my issue. Thank you again!
