Overextrusion/layer shifts when using Support for PLA filament

I’ve noticed recently over the last few prints that while I love using the support for PLA filament in my post processing, it’s introducing weird layer lines after swapping filaments that presents as a “bulge” in the print. I don’t seem to get it when switching between two different colours, only when going from Supp back to PLA. Currently printing with PLA Matte (grey), but it happens with PLA Basic/Silk regardless of the AMS slots.

This morning I recalibrated my printer, oiled/tensioned the belts, as well as cleaned and greased all of the lead screws, washed and thoroughly dried the build plate and cleaned my 0.2mm nozzle (although this also happens with the 0.4). Stock P1S printer with Bambu hotends and stock extruder.

3mf file is included at the bottom (it’s the first plate, grey model) slicer settings are:
0.2mm nozzle
0.1mm initial layer height (no cooling)
0.06mm High Quality
4 wall loops
5% Cross Hatch infill
Normal (snug) supports
Sup.PLA for interface layer with 0 Top Z Distance and 0 Top Interface Spacing (standard Sup.PLA settings)

Here you can see a “bulge” about halfway up the print which is where it’s placed some Sup.PLA filament on the supports, and gone back to the PLA Matte to continue printing. There is also a feint line below it as well where it did it initially although not as bad which you can see by zooming in on the second picture. This is around 6 hours into a 58hr print and I really don’t want to restart it, however dealing with the cleanup might be worth restarting if it’s going to ruin my print quality. Looking at these pictures I also just realised the infill is awful quality. I might cancel this and run another calibration for this filament although it’s been printing near perfectly on the default filament settings until recently.

I am having the exact same issue with my prints here using the Bambu Labs Support Filament - I get a bulge around the entire layer that the support filament is deposited on ! is there no fix for this ?

i have tried just about everything to solve it but nothing seems to work for me… its killing my print you can see the red bulge in the image however support is only at the back for the print. there are two bulges as support is used in two areas of the back heel of my object

The problem is similar to whats reported here but none of the suggestions work for me - my outer wall speed is 50ms, flushing volume increased to 800

Help please this is in all my prints with support filament makes the filament quite useless and happens on both my X1c printers… ???
