Overhang Issues With PLA (Polymaker PolyLite)

This happened on a different model and print last week and it randomly stopped doing it without any changes to the profile. Now it doing it again. Thoughts? Some overhangs are “ok” but others are ■■■■.

Using the stock profile for PolyLite. Its the same overhang spot every time.

And the overhangs are facing the AUX fan btw. This is supposed to print without supports. For shits and giggles I added tree supports and I got the same result.

I’ve had all kinds of weird similar issues after doing firmware updates over the last month. What fixed it for me was to do a reset to factory defaults on the X1C screen and then run the full self test/calibration. Only takes about 10min and this fixed all my issues. I’m on firmware v1.06.03 now and everything is running great again.

Ill try doing that. Im on the latest firmware as well as latest software version of Bambu Studio. What version Bambu Studio are you on? Next thing I was going to try was downgrading my Bambu Studio.

I only been using Orca Slicer but I tried the newest version of Bambu Studio and had the same issues. For me it was something on the machine itself as the prints were the same regardless of slicer or version.

I have been having multiple issues with PolyMaker PLA Pro and PETG Pro as well.

Not sure what I am doing wrong as other prints come out well…starting to think is the brand.
