Not sure how many of you in South Africa have had a similar experience. When I connected my camera ribbon cable to the AP board I managed to break the ribbon clip on the AP board. In the process of trying to jimmy a fix I managed to break the ribbon cable in numerous places rendering the cable as unusable. I managed to buy a spare camera and cable from a local supplier in South Africa and tried fitting it with a spacer I made to replace the clip. This resulted in me damaging the pins on the plug for the AP Board. Due Bambu Lab not having local representation in South Africa it is going to cost a small fortune to get the parts here. If anyone in South Africa or neighbouring countries has had a similar experience as I have and would like to get the same or other replacement parts from Bambu Lab with a share purchase to share the courier costs please let me know. Please our joint purchase will have to be limited to small parts. We will have to exclude filament. filament and some parts are being brought in by BuildVolume in South Africa. I have asked BuildVolume to assist me with this but no progress is being made and I am desperate to get my camera working.
Sent the photos and report and I have a support ticket that I re-activated to see if they will help me. It appears the problem is shipping.
