P1P Camera stopped working after update

  • Printer model P1P
  • Updated Software to version 01.10.02.76.
  • Updated Firmware version to version 01.07.00.00.
    Camera stopped working. Asking for Firmware update.
    How can I downgrade firmware ?

Where to find older firmware versions ?

Using handy app, you have the option to downgrade firmware, but there is very few options to pick.

It seams to be on software not firmware side, as camera in “handy app” is working. After several times downgrading - upgrading - firmware and fully reinstalling BambooStudio somehow stream started working.

Regarding versions - I don’t know there are quite few (8) vertions :

01.06.01.02
01.06.01.00
01.06.00.00
01.05.02.00
01.05.01.00
01.04.02.00
01.04.01.00
01.04.00.00

Im having a similar problem. I just bought a P1S Combo, and I cannot see the camera, eveytime I click on it, I get an Exception error message. Please help
