I’m really disappointed to see that the BambuLab store now indicates the kit’s availability date in March 2024. Once again they’ve moved the date, without taking into consideration users’ willingness to purchase the kit.
This is all just a mockery of the customers.
They aren’t moving the date to keep you from buying it, they’re having a tough time getting them produced i’d wager. What company would offer something for sale then not want to let customers have them?
I fully understand why the bambu community was so toxic when it hit the mainstream and got flooded by new users. Prime example here.

I can try to think positively, Johnfcooley, but that’s not how things are.
I’ve been waiting a year to buy this kit, not 15 days out of 2 months, and every time the date is moved into the future, at the same time the individual parts are fully available on the shop.
If the demand of an article is so high, you do a plan to produce enough parts to satisfy the market, or at least to satisfy the market for a short time. But also this is not the case, the kit was not available for a week and now the availability is over. Wen the deadline is achieved a new deadline is defined.
Also the waiting list is not so clear, I don’t know my ranking and I don’t know when it will be possible for me to buy the kit.
I accept your apology and apologize for my “direct” response. I see your point now, but this post probably wasn’t the right place to discuss the toxicity of people who want to discredit a brand or product.
Personally I’m a BambuLab user, and the product are great, for that reason my target of the customer care is also so high.

Sign up to be notified. Not mocking you, but I had no issue getting the kit. Depending on what you’re after, if you don’t NEED the whole kit, you can buy seperates on the store. Yes, it will cost more if you purchase them all seperately, but if you don’t need some of the parts it would be easier to get what you’re after. Not ideal, but sanity saving.
As I say, I’m sign up from months. I’m happy that you are lucky to have bought the kit, here in UE the kit is not available, but the fact that you have buy it means that is real, this is a positive info, not good but positive.
For sure I can buy the single parts, but which is the scope to publish a kit that is 40% less cost of the single parts , if the people to have the kit needs to buy the single parts at full price ?
My sanity is ok, I hope the same for whoever is handling this kit.
