Hey. Welcome to the forum. I am a happy owner of a P1P, I have put on an ARC case and chain. Yesterday I changed the PTFE tube, after the change I saw the printing starts, the printer works normally but the head hits the walls, most on the motor housing at the rear panel. What could have happened? I cleaned everything, restored to factory settings, calibrated the printer. It does not help. The head may have already hit before changing the PTFE.
To me it looks like your drag chain is too short. This doesn’t allow your head to fully home in the front right corner which shifts the rear reference point back behind where the travel can actually go.
IE take off the cable chain and ptfe tube guild and see if your problem goes away.
