P1P print bed size not even close to advertised?

Bambu Labs P1P advertises → { Build Volume(W×D×H) 256256256 mm³ } as per tech specs from the official bambu website. My model is 246x246x25 with the front left no print zone cut out in the model. Yet it still won’t print.

Does anyone have any idea what is exact maximum print foot print and how far from the edges and how far from the no print zone corner does the model have to be ?

Wiki state: The lost print volume is 18x28mm² for the front left corner. However I already accounted for that and made the cut in corner of my print 20mmx35mm in order to be doubly sure and still same effect. Perhaps there is something else I am missing or the software just don’t like something I am doing ?

Edit: Went through with the full mod and it worked. Thanks.

Most printers the actual build volume is smaller

If you have used cura you would see it puts a border around the build surface as a no go zone
