Orange is printed with 215 degrees
White with 235 (suggested by producer)
Black with 220
All PLA.
As you can see i have really bad poop while changing the filament by ams, which results in poop being dragged onto the print bed, not getting to the bin, stucking in the shoot.
One time the filament is too loose and expands too much (like the orange/white one) once it becomes solid rock (black/white) and merge with another one that was stuck in the shoot.
Either the nozzle needs to be cleaned, or your settings are wrong for the material type, also do not use the settings for materials of the same color but non-same manufactures as the person who posted the model, they won’t be the same and can cause exactly this problem
Kind of a cliche recommendation but… did you dry the filament? PLA doesn’t really soak up humidity like PTEG or Nylon, but it does still soak it up. Filament with water in it will string and ooze when printed (or when being purged). Try drying the filament and see if that improves your situation.
Nozzle was clean, and I do all steps of orca calibration for each filament I use. I suspect the white not to be dry as it should be. Will dry it and try again.
