P1P Under Extrusion

I have several P1P printers. They have all been great, but I now have one that continues to under extrude. I have run the calibration procedure from the menu at least once, I have tried different PLA filaments, and I have tried different test print models. I have also taken apart the extruder and made sure there was no filament built up in there. What should I try next?

Have you checked the thermal paste in the nozzle to see if it has dried out?
