P1P with aux part cooling fan

Hi, I want to ask what settings did you change in the Bambu Studio after installing the Aux fan. Thanks!

You can turn on the aux cooling in each filament setting.
I turned mine into an air scrubber/filter because the aux cooling causes more problems than it fixes.

Any further details about this? I currently exclusively use the aux fan to help speed up preheating the chamber. Home the bed, set it to 100 and fire on the aux fan.

Oh, do you have p1p enclosed or not?

Yes I have a P1P which has all the P1S mods (not from the upgrade kit) and more

Well I have p1p not enclosed (printing mostly in PLA) and wanted to have better overhangs and lower the layer time to 4s from 8. So enclosing mine would be kind of a downgrade

This is neat, I’ve had more issues with the AUX fan I try and turn it off each print because of the warping. This is a really good idea to repurpose it. I have yet to find a print where the AUX fan would improve or help anything.

Yeah, now it is working well with PLA. Some overhangs got much better. Also bridging and the print speed of small parts.
