P1S camera stopped working

my camera on my P1S has worked fine for 3 months, but all of a sudden it stopped working and all i see is black, and an endless loading from every device

*edit: solved by rebooting the printer.

try logging out of studio and then logging back in.

i logged out and then back in, but it’s still the same, the camera doesn’t show anything.

Click on the little green arrow in the bottom left of the screen. I’m not sure how you were getting it before but that’s the Play Button. Once you move focus away from BL, I’ve always had to press play to get an image. It uses Windows Media Player to generate the view.

i was doing it but it wasn’t working, i solved the problem by rebooting the printer, cutting off the power.

Same problem here. The camera stopped working within a week. I might pay for a replacement if it is in fact the camera, but how do you know if it is the board, connector, cable etc?

i fixed it by unplugging the power cable for some seconds and plugging it back. hope this helps

So, I’ve turned it off for a long period (many times). If it were wifi I’d think I couldn’t print but it using wifi for that. But I’ll give a shot at totally pulling the plug. If something is bad though I hate to purchase a $30+ camera and find out it’s something else. All I know is this started the first week in.
