Hi guys, I’m working on a HEPA filter project of my own. I’m also removing the OEM carbon filter with a much much bigger one for lower resistance, and it’s downwind of the HEPA filter so it doesn’t clog up as quickly.
These are pictures of the first prototype (second one is being printed right now). The carbon granules will go into the light grey box.
Question: has anyone else here cut-out the rear fan grille? It does seem quite restrictive (much less than the OEM carbon filter but still).
