P1S clicking noise issue

Hey everyone. New here but I can’t find a solution to the noises my printer just developed. I do monthly maintance on the P1S, since I purchased I’ve always had a scratchy sound when the tool head is doing a circular motion.

Now - The current issue, I have a clicking noise that is persistent when priting and it is driving me insance. Once the printer finished. I did a maintanace, lubed everywhere minus the belts, and ran calibration. Started a print and the noise REMAINS!

Please help! I seriously can’t figure this out.

P1S - 2256 hours printing 95% of the time PETG with 5% PLA.

It’s always makes a little noise

I had a noise like this and it turned out to be the plastic chain clipping the frame on the inside. I would only happen when the print was on the plate in a position that aligned with the chain hitting the frame. I ignore it or place my print differently now.
