P1S Cube Quality Check Please

I’m prepping for a run of some fine prints and used the XYZ cube from XYZ 20mm Calibration Cube by VL MakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models

Looking for feedback on these pics to gauge how well the printer is doing and if anything needs to be tuned. Thank ya’ll in advance.

I just completed a fairly comprehensive maintenance process. I used Bambu’s PLA Basic for the filament with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm process.

The project has adjustments:

Strength:

  • Top Shell Layers: 6
  • Top Shell Thickness: 0
  • Bottom Shell Layers: 6
  • Sparse infill Pattern: Rectilinear
  • Infill Combination: Yes

Speed:

  • Initial Layer: 15mm/s
  • Initial Layer Infill: 40 mm/s
  • Outer Wall: 150 mm/s
  • Inner Wall: 200 mm/s
  • Sparse Infill: 200 mm/s
  • Internal Solid Infill: 180 mm/s
  • Gap Infill: 200 mm/s

Others:

  • No Brim/Supports

Pics below. Look pretty good I think but some concerns:

  • Bottom and top layers don’t look great but the top wasn’t ironed.
  • I think I’m seeing a little jitter on the corners, on the front of Y that rounds to the back which seems to correspond to the layers that are put down outside of the Y imprint.
  • Notice a layer on the top of the X and Y that doesn’t look uniform
  • There’s a small overhang droop on the Top left of the Y and X.
  • Looks like the first layer may have shifted?

Maybe also print in a finer quality setting for comparison.

It does look a little nicer at 0.08 of course but I think what I’m seeing in my cube is actually the model itself. I guess I don’t have a control to compare it to…
