P1S Hot End Not Heating

I had a clog, so as usual I removed the clog.

Started it back up to reload the filament. Would not load. The nozzle temp read zero on the display.

Okay, I checked all the connections and they were good. The nozzle was hot, so I figured there was a thermistor problem but that seemed good.

I replaced the nozzle twice and still the same problem. I took apart the entire tool head and everything looked good. Took apart the back cover and all was good. Even had a green light on the back of the tool head.

The bed heats up to temp, and displays the correct temp, but the hotend will not register.
If I try to load filament the display reads 0/250.
The hot end gets very hot but nothing happens.

WHAT HAVE I MISSED?

Thanks

I’m having the same issue.

Same issue here! Any ideas?

I am currently having same issue. I just returned a p1s printer I had for 8 months because i got and error with heatbed. Mine would load to 26% and stop there. I returned my printer and got another. Low and behold when I set up my replacement, same exact error. This time it got to 4% and stopped. Brand New printer out of box. So I returned and picked up another replacement. (Stopped at my parents house and set up) Received an error with AMS slot 1 being overloaded, which there was no reason for this. The print stopped 5 times in 20 minutes, frustrating. I then relocated my filament to slot 2 and it seemed to work! Did 3 different prints, no problems. Don’t ask me why. So here I think i have it good to go, but when I returned home to set up in my house then next day… I now received heatbed error, stuck and 3%. What the heck?

I just found out how to fix this issue! It worked for me after finding out that it solved the problem for several others. Downgrade to previous firmware update, 1.07. 1.08 is garbage!
Begin printing again
