I have a p1s. When I went to order new hot ends from the Bambu lab store they told me the .2mm nozzle was stainless steel and the .4, .6, and .8 were all hardened steel. So I have the .4mm hotend it came with in and I’m trying to print something from pla cf and it’s telling me the nozzle I have in isn’t hard enough to withstand the heat. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I’m missing or was the person at the Bambu store wrong when they gave me that info. Any help is appreciated thanks
Unfortunately the salesman gave you wrong information. The P1S does not come with hardened nozzle and extruder gears and so they can experience wear when printing with abrasive filaments such as PLA CF. You CAN print with abrasive filaments, but it’s not recommended due to the wear and tear. The only printer that comes with the hardened nozzle and gears is the X1C. You will have to upgrade your printer.
You can upgrade the P1S by purchasing the hardened steel extruder gears and nozzle.

So I will need to buy the hardened hot ends and a different gear drive?
Also I have two .4mm nozzles how can I tell if either is hardened? Do they have some indication on them? Thanks
