P1S issues with certain corners

Hi, I’m currently having issues with this box that I am printing, especially with the corners near the top of the print, however, it’s only affecting 1 or 2 corners on each print I do. As you can see from the pictures below, some of the corners come out absolutely fine and are super clean and others look extremely messy (struggling to find the best technical term to use for this issue). I originally thought this problem was caused by the seam, but this doesn’t always happen on the same corner (I still need to confirm what end of the printer this issue is coming from), I also thought it could have been a speed issue so I slowed down the print to silent (50%) when it gets to this section but the issue remains. I’ve had this P1S for about a month and have done probably less than 100 hours of printing, I’m also having issues with both belts at the back of the printer running against the flange, causing a horrid squeaking noise and every time I do the belt tension procedure, it makes no difference - I’m unsure if the belts being so low/high on the tensioner would cause this.

Slicer settings for this model (Note: I’ve changed the z-hop in the printer settings to 0 as I thought that may fix this but it’s had little affect)

I use Matte Black (Charcoal) PLA for all these boxes.
Trading Card Organizer (5mmtaller).3mf (55.8 KB)
3mf file attached - sadly takes about 4-5 hours to print so testing it in any way is a struggle but I’m happy and grateful for any suggestions that I can try.

Fixed. I thought the issue might be as simple as slowing down for the corner and thankfully it was. It’s just that setting the printer to silent/50% wasn’t enough. After adding a modifier cube for these top layers which sets the inner and outer wall speed to 75 the corners now come out great.
