P1s Lateral Panel Temperature

Hi all,
If I want to heat the chamber of my P1s to try printing ABS, what maximum temperature do you think is recommended, given that unlike the X1c, the side panels of the P1s are made of plastic?
I would use the ChituSistems H2 heater.

I print a lot of ABS and from my experience the P series printer doesn’t need a chamber heater to print ABS. The bed at 100c will warm the chamber to ~50c.

Thanks for the quick reply.
My intention is to accelerate the heating of the print chamber, which occurs passively thanks to the heat of the bed.
50 degrees Celsius?
Okay, I’ll try as soon as possible.
Thanks

You don’t need an external heater for a P1S and ABS.
I’ve gotten to where I print almost everything using ABS and a smooth (non-flexxing) build plate.
My printer goes from stone cold when I send the print command via Studio and hard to see a chamber heater having much of an impact on the nozzles actual temperature getting to setpoint in a meaningfully quicker rate.
