P1S makes strange grinding like noises when doing sharp details

I have had my P1S for two months now and this problem started a few weeks back. It now is much louder (although the motors are quieter for some reason) when it goes around sharp details. I believed this could be a belt issue, but I did multiple belt tentionings with calibration with the same results. I never changed my speed settings, and usually run the default 0.16 optimal speed preset. The noises don’t happen when doing a print where it does long movements with minimal detail (eg. a large square). Now there is a second squeaking sound. I have done periodic maintenance (more often than recommended). I’m almost starting to think that something is lose inside of it, maybe a screw bc is almost sounds like something is vibrating inside it. Below is a video of the noises (turned down fans so you can hear, still hard to hear and isn’t the best example): https://youtube.com/shorts/woHwSjEC-gs?si=TOQpbUmMAAVsLWUI
