P1S noisy, nozzle hitting the part?

My dear Bambu fellows,

New to 3D printing, I’m enjoying my brand new P1S since few days.

During my print, when the printer is filling up the part, it sound like the nozzle hit the printed walls and doing an awfull noise.

Can you tell me if it is normal or do I need to do something on the machine to correct that?

Here after, a short video to show the thing I’m talking about.

Thank you all in advance.

Your infill choice is what’s causing this to happen, as the print head drags over it. Change infill to gyroid and you’ll be good.

You can research more on various infill patterns to see what can best suit your needs too otherwise. Here’s a decent starting point: https://all3dp.com/2/cura-infill-patterns-all-you-need-to-know/
