P1S printing poorly on upper layers

I’ve run into a new issue with my P1S. To be clear, I’ve used this filament (Overture PLA Black) successfully many times, and the PLA has been dried and kept in my dehumidified AMS.
The pictures demonstrate the issue - I’m not sure how to describe it. I’ve seen it happen twice now, both times occurring on higher up layers only. This particular piece was on the plate with another piece of only half the height.
Everything below the affected layers printed satisfactorily. This issue is occurring on every corner as well.

Print settings: .2 layer height, 2 walls 100% rectilinear infill. printing at 220C and bed is at 60C, no aux fan, normal speeds, door open. (a combination I’ve had great success with over the last few hundred hours!)

There appears to be what I thought was a layer shift but I’m not so sure…maybe an extrusion issue?

Going out on a limb here and saying I think you had a small clog that was exasperated on direction (flow) changes that eventually worked itself out. Maybe some heat creep even though you haven’t had it before.

I’m guessing. I’ve seen it before but have never experienced it.
