P1S: Rattling noise when moving print head

I currently have a problem with my printer emitting a rattling noise when the print head moves. Example video with sound:

This happened between prints. One print finished fine, the next print which i started around 2h after that had this sound.

I think it comes from the front top left corner, near the camera, and i suspect some plastic being stuck at the pulley. However, i am unsure how to reach this pulley. I have already tried with compressed air, but no success.

How could i check the pulley wheel? How to disassemble? Are there other possible reasons for this sound?

I’m not sure what may be wrong with it but I would strongly suggest you start with a work ticket. Attach this video to your ticket!

I’ve been working with support for the last 2 weeks and they’ve been great, sending me replacement parts and constant dialog.

Did you try to tighten the belt screws in the back? There’s one on each side.
