10 months of great printing and 3 months of issues and errors. Finally got it working again and now its just stopping.
Start a print, everything is fine. Check back 6hrs later, no problems. Go to bed, get up in the morning and find the print head not moving just sitting inside a part with all temps still on at printing temperature and no longer connected to the wifi.
Turning the printer off, waiting a min and then turning it back on fixes the issue for 1 print. This is MASSIVELY increasing my print costs.
Losing wifi is the lesser problem to fix. I could always go back to the sdcard swapping I did with my ender3 although the fact that this P1S has eaten 4 sdcards makes me hesitant there.
I have reset my router and both mesh devices. Everything else in the house connects fine without issue to wifi. I only have 1 printer and after having to turn away so many xmas orders due to printer issues which was not a great time.
I’m having the exact same issue and caught some photos that I can’t attach here.
I had no idea it might be Wifi related, thanks for your post and looking into it so far. I have wasted a roll and half of filament on prints that fail in the early hours of the morning.
I’ve turned my P1S onto LAN only mode following a Bambu official guide.
Will report back on whether it helps!
Ran a 13 hour print with no issues overnight on LAN mode

I have the same issues with two printers. One at work and one at home. The thing just stops mid-print and you can’t access it via WiFi. So I have to go there, pull the plug and start it up again.
I replaced my AP board which fixed the sdcard issues, wifi issues and random stops.
In saying that, this year I have spent hundreds of dollars for a still not working P1S. I’m playing whack-a-mole with replacement parts at a minimum of $100 per part. Actually the printer is working but the AMS, after about $400, is still having issues. Almost think I should have just replaced it instead of trying to fix it.
You ever try changing the wifi antenna on the printer AP board?
The stock antenna is not the greastest.
Maybe a UPS?
I have been able to hit resume on touchpad in the past and had print resume.
You are just randomly dropping wifi on ptinter?
