P1S - Suddenly cant even Print Flow Rate Calibrations

Ive had my P1S a few months, never had any major issues till now.
Some backstory:
I got back from holiday recently and had some issues printing some clamshell boxes that printed fine before, did loads of things but could never get them to print.
So avtually decided whatever I have something else I need to print with some new Sunlu+ PETG Matte so I tried calibrating it, it kept doing the prime line and nothing else, did some maintenence etc but still nothing, so decided to try a calibration of my Bambu PETG translucent, just to check if this was hardware or the filament.

So this is where I cant get anything to to work even with this Bambu Filament.
Calibration - Lots of missing lines on all of them, this is now the same for any filament.
What Ive tried:
Device Calibration
Change Nozzel (0.4 to my 0.6)
Clean beds
Yes I had dried to PETG over night BTW :slight_smile:
Deleted Bambu Studio
Factory reset of the whole device (thats being done as we speak)
Followed a maintence video and did some greasing.
took out my gears/extruder to check in case anything was jammed.
cold pulls
EDIT: also cleaned the plate and tried a different plate
Also forgot, tried using my AMS2 but then just in case I put it on the back external mount instead, still the same

So basically, not a single filament will print anymore, wont even calibrate, Ill add a pic as soon as this current factory reset calibration is done.

I honestly cant think what else to try as not evcen a flow rate calibration works

so from the images, the translucent is hard to see, but it’s the actual bambu one which is why I included it and then the white is the Sunlu which is obviously even worse at the moment

How are you out cleaning your bed?

And now even bambu pla won’t calibrate

soap and water, I thought it might be not sticking so cleaned it and tried a different plate.

EDIT:Took it back down and gave it a really good dish soap and water clean, now trying the Bambu Silk (its the only bambu pla I have at the moment) again to see if that works

Latest attempt to do the calbration with the Bambu PLA, no prime line at all and then a bunch of ghost printing, basically the tool head moves around but nothing comes out

Sounds like a nozzle clog.

Nope, Ive tried 2 different nozzles and Im able to do get it to push out when I tell the app or on the front manual to extrude so cant be that either
