I am fairly new and have been trying to troubleshoot this for 9 days due to lack of response on my ticket from Bambu.
I have a P1S, single filament not AMS.
A few months ago there was an issue where it would not connect and I would turn off the printer and turn back on and it would usually connect. Now it is rarely connecting. And many time the screen will light up(most of the time it is blank without text) upon powering on and then go dark and begin to rotate on/off. It ends up becoming a game of on and off until it finally comes on and I am able to connect.
Now it will not connect. I did the factory reset as Bambu suggested. I was not able to bind but after 4 attempts it did bind. When I go to Bambu Studio and Print Plate, it gets stuck on downloading. It usually stops at 45% and goes no further.
I did try to go LAN only mode. But after inputting my code and I hit Send in Bambu Studio that goes to Download screen but doesn’t go beyond 0%.
I then tried to Export to my SD Card. That will not print either. It will print what came preloaded on the SD card but nothing I am exporting.
Are all of these related? What can I do to try and fix this? Ideally I would like full functionality, but I’ll be happy with one method working for now.

Welcome to the forum.
Have you tried using a different SD card? A failing card can cause issues with booting and connecting.

I haven’t due to the fact that the preloaded files do print. I didn’t think there was anything wrong with the card. Off to Best Buy and will report back. Thank you
Here is a link to the files are are included on the stock SD card.

You can format the card via the Printer display. (It needs to be FAT32 if you format via a computer)

It COULD be an issue with one of the control boards.
Even with Wifi issues the printer should not behave like your does.
If lucky it is just the actual controller that is playing up.
Either way, the support should get you the spares you need or at least be able to do some proper troubleshooting - if you ever get them to react that is…

It sounds like unstable wifi connection.
When it does connect; how many lines do you have in the wifi icon at the top left? 1, 2 or 3?
The P1S’ wifi module is fairly weak, so it doesn’t take much. To make matters worse, it requires 2.4 GHz as you no doubt know - which is the same frequency as oh so many other things - chief among those, the Zigbee protocol, which is used by many Internet of Things devices - fx. Philips Hue.
When I setup our Philips Hue bridge, our 2.4 GHz died instantly. Although I was 1 meter away from the router, the Hue bridge managed to totally quell it. I then changed channel so they were out of phase, and the 2.4 GHz wifi returned.
My point is: Try to scan for 2.4 networks near you and if you can, bring the printer closer to the wifi access point.

Thank you for the ideas. I did try the new card but it wouldn’t recognize it. So I was not able to format the card from the printer.
I was connected to 2.4 on my wifi and the router is only 3 feet away.
They did finally respond and after 3 weeks they sent me a new AP board. Received today and installed. Now just waiting for them to update so I can try it out and see if that was the issue.
Well they got my new Serial Number uploaded and got it binded no problem. But now I am stuck in download mode.
First print was a new file. I couldn’t cancel the print on the printer itself or in Bambu Studio. So I had to turn it off and logged out of Bambu Studio. I then sent a print I have already printed previously and that one also got stuck on downloading screen.
Not sure what else I can do at this point but wait for Bambu support to figure it out
