Hello Fellows,

As many of you I have got same issue, DHL destroyed entirely the parcel, and told me to comunicate with Bambu.
But… There is no response to the ticket.
Glad I have paid with a Visa, the Bambo policy is just to sell, no customer service at all.

When did you contact support and therefore, how much time has passed since you submitted your ticket?

Support tickets usually take a few days. Probably not the ideal but right now that’s what it is. Good luck.
