I’m trying to print PAH12 + CF + FIBER with my A1 (not the mini version).
I’ve managed to get my first decent prints, drying the material thoroughly, using the external spool, a 0.4 mm hard nozzle, 280°C and glued bed 85°C, with a 0.2 mm layer thickness.
Volumetric speed: 6 mm/s.
But… I’ve only managed to print about once every four attempts. I’ll post photos later to show the problem I’m having… it seems to be an extrusion issue… sometimes the filament stops extruding (the printer keeps moving without extruding), other times the thin walls have unfilled areas, etc.
No hay zonas de viento en la habitación. El material es suministrado por 3DBOOSTER, y si sigo sus especificaciones (225º - 255º), es imposible extruir nada.
