Painting support - no red, no green

I am trying to remove support in an area I don’t want it.

I know that I am supposed to right click to remove support, and it should paint red on the model. shown here

Nothing is painting on the model, not red or green with left click or right click.
Nothing happens at all.

What am I doing wrong?

I didn’t even realize you could do this, quite cool (: The reason it’s not working is because you are using the wrong tool. This is the paint tool for multicolor printing, what you should be using is this.
