Has anyone seen any of these discolorations on the underside of their parts? I’m using the PEI textured tray. I’ve tried different materials, colors, and brands. I’ve tried Bambu plates, and aftermarket plates. This appears frequently, but doesn’t seem to be in relation to any particular spot on any particular tray.

I know someone’s going to say clean the trays better. I’ve used soap and water and scrubbed with a sponge very thoroughly. I’ve tried 75% alcohol on a rag and 99% alcohol directly sprayed onto the tray. I towel dry, then let the tray air dry.

It’s doing it on an X1C and an A1. Both on old and new trays.

Sometimes it’s very noticeable, and sometimes very faint.

I have it happen a lot on ABS. I’m not exactly sure what causes it but usually you can make it go away with a heat gun. Just use a sweeping motion though, don’t keep it pointed at one spot.

That’s stressed plastic from detaching from plate. You can minimize the efect if you detach the part when the plate is completely cold.

I have tried to let it fully cool down but I still seem to get these spots. Thanks though!
