Part fan says 0 all the time in the device tab

So, I’ve searched the forum and read through all the issues people had with there part fan not being plugged in etc. But mine is on and working. The issue i have is all of a sudden the part fan is always at 0 in the device and handy app… even tho its actually on and spinning…

How do i fix this? I have restarted the printer. Recalibrated… double checked the plugin under the cover etc.

Which printer?
And which cables did you unplug and plug it again?

In the print head enclosure all the plugins that connect the fan etc.

The fan is working but the app and bambu studio say part fan 0

I have this same issue it works but any control through the app doesnt and also it never turns “on” on the lcd screen
