Parts Not Square

I have verified in my CAD software that the parts I created are 100% perfectly square. However, part after part that I print are not square. The longer the part, the more pronounced the out of sqaure issue presents. I am using a P!S about 6 months old. I have calibrated the plate several times. I have tried Bambu and Elegoo PLA set at proper temps usng the standard print profile on a supertack plate and textured PEI plate with glue. I am using a hardered .4 MM nozzle and and verfied it is tight. Other than the out of sqaure issues, the prints looks perfect. I printed several sized rectangular objects from different CAD programs using different project settings and they are all of our sqaure to some degree. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here is the image from the CAD sofware showing perfect sqaure.

Here is an image showing out of sqaure, and I did try two different sqaures with the same exact result.

Your part may be warped, wait for your build plate to cool before you take the part off.
If that doesn’t fix it try calibrating your filaments.

The filaments are manually calibrated and the parts are perfectly flat on the bottom with no visible warpage. All parts were sufficiently cooled before removing from the plates. They are off square on the x y axis only and always the same amount. This seems like the head don’t know where the end points are on the build plate. I’m not sure about his this works, but that’s what it seems like.
