In the past I’ve used the insert pause to change filament without an AMS. and this has worked without any issues. Today, after the printer paused I selected ‘unload filament’. The filament was unloaded but the printer hangs on the unload screen. I managed to continue the print by changing the filament and doing a number of continue/pause stages using the handy app. The print turned out OK. I’d like to resolve this issue.
After this I should say the printer asked me if I wanted to update the firmware and I selected yes. So I can’t say if the new version has already fixed this. Only time will tell.
