Those are steel core, the min radius is very large, there’s a reason no manufacturer uses those for printers. https://reprap.org/wiki/Choosing_Belts_and_Pulleys

They’re also polyurethane, which is the last thing you want for trying to get rid of VFA’s, poly belts resonate more than neoprene or EPDM ones
