Persistent error (HMS_0300_0A00_0001_0005) on 2/3 of my P1S unit

Hello,
The night before May 6th, we had a thunderstorm with lightning and we were printing overnight, (all printers are on surge protection) the next morning (note: we were not struck by lightning), after the prints they were working on finished, 2 of my 3 P1S’s started firing this error (HMS_0300_0A00_0001_0005: Force sensor 1 detected unexpected continuous force. The heatbed may be stuck, or the analog front end may be broken) not just on force sensor one, on multiple sensors. We tried all of the basic troubleshooting that is said in the article over this (HMS_0300_0A00_0001_0004: An external disturbance was detected on force sensor 1. The heatbed plate may have touched something outside the heatbed. | Bambu Lab Wiki) I asked the discord community and they said to proceed making a ticket.

Over the past week we were back and forth with Bambu support, and eventually we ordered a heated cable, we replaced that on both printers, nothing changed and the problem persisted, and we told them that, so today we received some piezo boards, all heated sensors, cables that they sent and we replaced them, now the problem persisted even after, basically, replacing all of the electronics under the bed. Please advise on what we should do as this is causing a 1 almost 2 week downtime in my small business.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it has nothing to do with the thunderstorm. Except if your surge protection is not working well enough and not really doing its job.

Check the Z bearings. A lot of the newer releases seem to have issues with them slipping out of place.

This.
Came to say the same. Different error number, same fix

DId you ever get it resolved? I have literally the exact same circumstances, except i wasn’t in the middle of a print when the power surged.
The bed moves perfectly fine, but it only moves about halfway up the bed before it does its leveling dance. And of course Z axis homing fail. With and without the plate on the print bed, so i know it’s not the plate interfering with anything. I can move the bed up and down in Bambu Studio, but when I try to home it all, it will try to level wherever it’s at, then go back all the way down and move back up to halfway.
No debris inside, bearings aren’t raised, i even pulled the print bed off to make sure there wasn’t any kind of debris inside sitting on the force sensors or something of the sort.

Bonjour, même problème sur P1S il suffit de dévisser les trois vis du bed et de le tirer vers l’avant et de resserrer les vis,
