PETG Basic anomalies, what am I doing wrong?

I’ve got an X1Carbon with 784 hours, and a relatively new 0.4 hotend (within the last dozen(?) hours).

Everything seems to be printing well, except for:

I tried printing the three drawer styles with PETG Basic that’s been in a dry box at 10% RH forever, and I got some weird anomalies:

Any idea what I’m doing wrong? I did reset the profile to Bambu PETG Basic.

Check your PTFE inside the printer, it could be starting to wear and is causing drag when the extruder is in some positions.
