Setup: H2D pro, PETG HF in left AMS, 0.4mm HF nozzle (left)
Slicer warns PETG CF is not suitable for use with the 0.4 HF nozzle, the print time is not reduced from the Standard when changing to the High Flow nozzle (11.45 hours for both).
I believe this may be a bug because the error message is for PETG CF, if not the error message may need to be updated.

Which version of Bambu Studio are you running?
HF an CF are definitely not the same materials.
Are you sure the printer is recognizing HF and not CF after syncing?
Can you share some screenshots?
is the model assigned to slot 1 or slot 2? Your screenshot shows slot 2 has PETG CF assigned
Due to the addition of carbon fiber, PETG-CF requires a more wear-resistant hardened steel nozzle. While a 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle can be used, a 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle is recommended to further reduce the risk of clogging.
Is cf comptable with the high flow nozzle ?

That’s interesting. Seems like a bug then. Have you checked if the same happens on the non beta version of bambu studio?
It could also be a general warning to user that PETG CF is not compatible with HF nozzle.

I believe that is the normal behavior. I’ve seen similar messages with other filaments loaded on both of my H series printers. I feel like you would see this even on other printers. This is not an error; it is a warning to remind you. Since on the next screen before you click print, you can still change which filament you print with. I’m not sure the next screen stops you from actually using the wrong filament.
I expected the print time to decrease when printing with a high-flow material and a high-flow nozzle compared with standard filament and a standard nozzle. I initially thought the warning about the CF material was a symptom of this issue.
For information, it appears that Bambu PETG HF has now been replaced by the new PETG Basic.

Did you change to a high flow nozzle in Bambu Studio?
If you have a very small part, the minimum layer time might be a restriction.
Otherwise share your 3mf file so it can be analyzed.
