I downloaded Bambu Studio again from the website and had the same issue no PETG HF is available to add.
If I close the Bambu Studio I can read again the NFC tag with no problem.
Note that his image relates to the physical AMS and not Bambu Studio. So, you can only save the name of the custom filament and the k-value from calibration.
But for me, the biggest issue is when I open the Bambu Studio and the application doesn’t recognize the filament setup the app erases all the info from the AMS.
I set the filament manually to print and printed normally.
Just wanted to chime in as well on my AMS not detecting the PETG HF. When I manually assign PETG HF on the X1C it has the PETG HF profile and creates it. But it resets to a “?” and white after about a minute of idle. Looks Like I am just doing a manual calibration with the default PETG profile for now.
And to note my Bambu Studio does not even have the PETG HF material yet and both my ams and studio are latest versions.
The PETG HF filament profile is already available in Bambu Studio since launch.
Restarting Bambu Studio will trigger the Configuration Update prompt in the bottom right section of the window. When that happens, simply open the notification and confirm it.
This will add the new profile to the list of options that are available to select.
Can confirm PETG HF is working now in studio and AMS. So I don’t know what happened over night. But also last night I was on a mac and this morning I am on windows. So when I get back home on my mac I will see if it still works.
I got the banner update on my Bambu Studio and another firmware update for my AMS this morning.
Now the Bambu Studio is recognizing my filament with no issue!
