PETG HF Supports Welding

I have had my X1C for 2 years… Great Experience. I have a product I am making using mostly black PETG HF. It has been great. I put off the updates for a while… against my better judgment, I updated both studio and the firmware a few weeks ago. Prior to the update, my supports came off perfect. After the update, they are welded solid.
I have:
1)replaced the entire hot-end
2)cleaned, calibrated(both manual and auto), and adjusted the belts
3)tried lowering the nozzle temp to 230
4)Increased Top Z to .3

Nothing seems to change… supports are welded tight.

I also just received 2 new P2Ss. So I ran the file using stock settings(like I did on the X1C) and it worked perfect. I took the same filament out of the P2S, put in the X1C and it welded. I literally left everything the in the file the same, just changed printers in Bambu Studio.

Something had to have changed with the updates… Is it possible that I have a bad temperature sensor?? or connector issue in the head where it is just running hotter than it thinks it is??

Thoughts???

Have you tried installing the previous firmware?
See what results you get then.

I am pretty sure that Bambu locked out that ability on the new updates

They haven’t. Go on the Handy app and select the printer you want to roll back. Go the page that shows the firmware and scroll to the very bottom, you’ll see “I want to downgrade to a previous version”.
