I’ve been running my A1 combo for just under a year, and things have been fine, BUT…
Just taken delivery of some PETG Matte and it’s not available as filament in Studio. The AMS reads it as “unknown or incompatible”. The store page says it’s compatible.
I can’t even run a calibration from Studio as it grey out they spool and says “Incompatible”.
Printer is running 01.08.01.00 (Latest)
AMS lite is running 00.00.08.15 (Latest)
Studio is 2.7.1.62
Pre-sets config is up to date.
Anybody dealt with this?
EDIT. Had a look in the spools.json and the matte is showing..
“tag_uid”: “”,
“tray_id_name”: “”,
whereas the other spools (PETG Basic & PLA Basic) have their tag and spool location listed. Doesn’t explain why i can’t select it in Studio though ??
