Well, I think I can see the first problem. Why are you using this shape to do your calibration? Are you modifying the Gcode to ensure that the temp tower is actually changing temps?
Switch to Orca Slicer and use the baked in calibration tools. They work without fiddling with Gcode.
Here’s an example of a temp tower showing proof that temps are being modified at each level.
After you switch to Orca Slicer, visit the calibration tutorial. See this recent post on that subject.

Wondering how detailed the calibration should be (brand, type, plate type, color).
One only needs to identify brand and technology. However, some filament makers are identical and therefore those profiles can be used on both. (Click on this post for one example)
