At first, I did the Flow Test from the Bambu Studio and that was (in part) a mess. Until I realized that my filament was still set in the temperature range of 230-250 (that is the advice on the lable of the filament roll).
That’s awesome my friend. It also is another great example of where one has to disqualify anything written on the side of a box or is seen in ad copy until you verify on your own.
Truth is, I’ve seen a lot of the outer print, and what we see is the same label that is just repurposed from PLA boxes. The only logical explanation for this lack of quality control is that Chinese filament makers just don’t give a damn or are following Chinese mindset of Cha Bu Duo. You can tell when that’s happening when you see spelling errors on the box like “Noozle” instead of Nozzle.
Having solved this on your own should leave you with that feeling of empowerment in that you took control of your situation and conquered sloppy work on the part of the manufacturer. Kudos to you!!!
