PLA Aero not extruding halfway through print

I’m trying to print an airplane part with PLA Aero, and the filament stops extruding halfway through the print. I’m able to get about 4 hours of printing before nothing extrudes and the nozzle continues “printing” in the air.

The filament isn’t clogged in the nozzle, since I’m able to immediately start printing something else with regular PLA without any unclogging needed. I’ve tried drying the filament using the X1-Carbon’s drying function, but the issue persists.

Has anyone had these problems? What should I do to fix them?

Using AMS or external spool?

What settings are you using?

I’m printing with AMS and I’m using bambulab’s stock settings

Door open? Fans on? [extra to hit the 20 char minimum for a post]

Currently I’ve been printing with the door open and the fans off.

Currently trying to load it with the external spool to see if it fixes the issue.
