I thought these were both gray, and was surprised at the difference. But that was my error, the one on the left is actually silver (10102), and the one on the right is gray (10103). I thought Bambu had changed their gray drastically, but that was just my own misunderstanding.
For what it’s worth, I’ll leave this post here. It does show a side-by-side comparison of “silver” vs “gray”.
The filament on the right looks about right for Bambu’s Gray filament. I’ve not personally used it, but the roll on the left looks like a roll of Bambu’s Dark Gray filament.
I think I’ll delete this post, it’s my mistake.
I went back through all my old orders, and just found out the old roll is actually PLA “Silver” 10102, ordered when I bought this printer back in June. So indeed, it IS a different color!
It was my assumption that it was gray, but it isn’t. I’ll just have to keep aware of this! I’ll change the post title to sound kinder…
No problem, it’s an honest mistake. Kind of surprised that’s silver though, it looks too dark from what I’m seeing.
