PLA-CF catching in the tubes/ frequent filament purge

I am currently using PLA-CF with my A1, 0.4 hardened noozle and AMS-Lite and tho the print is fine, I see the filament having lots of friction in the PTFE tube/ gears in the AMS-Lite. I also have the issue that when printing, the A1 needs to purge new filament frequently.

I guess it’s due to the system having difficulty feeding the filament but I have no idea how to solve.

CF is one of the filaments that Bambu says not to use in the AMS…only Bambu PLA-CF.

It is bambu PLA-CF. So I don’t know.

how long have you printed with current tubs, run your hand along the tubes to see if they are smooth or your feel some kinks or bumps. If you are using the snap on tube organizers, they may have pinched the tube, how many hours have you on the tubes, gears, system. are the tubes the right diameter. is your setup the Bambu recommended standard or is it custom. Could be many issued.
