i have the problem that my PLA are not stick on my texture plate. I print with the original Bambu PLA. I have cleaned my plate fresh. I havent changed any options in the slicer. It worked well all the time but now i have some problems. Above all i have the problem for smal peaces.
Can someone help me maybe if i have to change any options in the slicer?
Small parts are a problem, even on the gold PEI plate. Worked great for a while then started having issues with small parts. I print some large parts without issue but I also have to print smaller parts for my assemblies. I use a light coating of Suave Essentials Max Hold Hairspray (8) and I can print a dozen or more times before I have any issues. Then I just clean the sheet and start again. Hope this helps.
i have washed the plate and dont touched it because as you allready said because of the oil issues. Its all about the smal parts where i have the problems.
@Knilz Yes - sometimes. The parts that I print that give me issues are only about 4 mm wide and 12 mm long. If I want to print a full plate of them I do use hair spray (very light) about once every 12 or so times I print. Works great.
You know your printer better than anyone, so I am just giving some ideas about possible causes:
Sometimes, especially in the textured plate, I have a similar issue. In my case, it’s solved by proper cleaning; it often requires double passage. For me, it is clear, as I notice a great first layer that afterwards doesn’t stick over the printing process.
Also, look at filament dryness; usually, issues of work in the past and now are failing are filament-related.
If you are using your calibration settings, note that I and others noticed changes with the printer’s latest firmware. In that case, you need to recalibrate again.
